Category: kittyhok wifi security camera repeater range extender

The RPT20 WiFi Repeater is designed for xmartO WiFi security camera systems. To set it up, please refer to the provided manual. If you require any assistance, feel free to contact [email protected].

This WiFi camera range extender/repeater is compatible with xmartO WiFi NVR camera systems. By placing the repeater between the NVR and cameras, it automatically connects the cameras with weak signals and relays the connection to the NVR, ensuring a stable connection.

For All Systems: To pair the repeater to the NVR, bring the repeater close to the NVR, hold the sync button for 10 seconds, and the 'NVR' LED will stay on, indicating a successful pairing. This step is necessary regardless of your system version.

For G3 Camera Systems: If your system is G3 (NVR version 3.0.7+, camera version 3.2+), simply place the repeater somewhere along the route between the NVR and cameras. Within seconds, the repeater will connect to the NVR, and the 'NVR' LED will stay on. Over the next several minutes, the repeater will detect the connection status of nearby cameras and connect to those with weak signals, relaying the connection back to the NVR. If the cameras already have acceptable connections to the NVR, the repeater will not modify the connection status.

For G2 Camera Systems: For G2 camera systems (NVR version 2), if a camera (Camera A) has an intermittent connection to the NVR, follow these steps: 1. Plug the repeater into the route between the NVR and Camera A. 2. Go to the Camera Manage - WiFi Relay menu on the NVR and add Camera A behind the repeater. Note: For this setting, Camera A needs a good connection to the NVR to receive commands. If Camera A had a poor connection to the NVR, you should temporarily take it down, complete the settings, and then mount it back.

To View Connection Status: In the NVR's Camera Manage - WiFi Relay menu, you can check the connection status of the cameras. Ensure that the Auto WiFi Relay option is checked.
